kxs8 Terms and Conditions

1.1 — Key Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms carry the meanings listed below:

• "Platform" — The kxs8 website and all services included within it.
• "User" — Any person who has created an account on kxs8 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — The user's registered personal profile.
• "Balance" — The total amount held in the account (including deposits and bonuses).
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds or benefits provided by the platform.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately. kxs8 is not liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your login details.

3.2 — Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or email address), update them in your account settings immediately. kxs8 will not be responsible for any transaction issues or payment delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 — Account Closure Request

Users may voluntarily request to close their account at any time. Contact the support email to do so. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If there are active bets or pending withdrawals, the account will be closed once those are processed.

4.1 — Deposits

Three methods are accepted for depositing funds on kxs8: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 — Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made through the same methods used for deposits — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the depositor's own account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• kxs8 may temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification purposes if needed.

4.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

kxs8 follows the highest financial security standards. If suspicious transactions or money laundering attempts are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and a necessary investigation will be conducted. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

kxs8 offers new users a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200; if someone deposits ৳18,000 they will receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and the total will be ৳28,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement would be ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets. Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made until wagering is complete.

5.3 — General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies no more than once per account.
• kxs8 may cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• kxs8 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
• Bets placed on certain games may contribute differently to wagering calculations.

6.1 — Fair Play Policy

All games on kxs8 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which cannot be manipulated by anyone. Each game session is an independent and impartial process.

6.2 — Technical Errors

If a game session is interrupted due to server errors, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, kxs8 will provide a resolution in accordance with its established policy. The platform is not liable for losses caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection.

6.3 — Sports Betting

kxs8 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The outcome of all bets is determined based on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is abandoned or postponed, kxs8's own policy will apply to the related bets.

7.1 — Strictly Prohibited

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on kxs8 and are subject to penalty:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Fraud or collusion (conspiring with others) to meet bonus requirements.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Impersonating or deceiving kxs8 staff.

8.1 — Limited Liability

kxs8 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, kxs8 will bear no liability in the following cases:

8.2 — Service Availability

9.1 — Protection of Personal Information

9.2 — Data Sharing

10.1 — Account Suspension

kxs8 may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

10.2 — Permanent Closure

If there is evidence of a serious Terms violation, operation of multiple accounts, or fraud, the account will be permanently closed. In such cases, kxs8 will decide on the return of any remaining balance (original deposit excluding bonuses).

11.1 — Right to Amend Terms

kxs8 reserves the right to revise or change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
